Performance characteristics

1. The breathable runway is made up of a single component environmentally friendly adhesive bonded with rubber particles as the bottom layer, and the surface layer is sprayed with a mixture of EPDM surface particles and surface adhesive;
2. Breathable plastic tracks generally have a thickness of 13mm and are colored red;
3. All day climate use, able to maintain high quality in any season and temperature difference, can be used immediately after rain, increases utilization time, and improves site utilization rate;
4. It has water permeability and air permeability. At high temperatures, the steam generated by the foundation will quickly dissipate, and the steam pressure cannot accumulate, so there will be no bubbling phenomenon;
5. Will not shed particles, has high UV resistance, and does not fade;
6. Excellent elasticity, good impact absorption performance, flat and safe;
7. The price is economically low.

Construction technology

01. Runway foundation layer: The foundation is generally mainly made of cement or asphalt. The cast-in-place thickness of the cement foundation is 100-200 millimeters, and the curing period after pouring is about 28 days. The surface layer can only be constructed when the foundation moisture content does not exceed 8%. The thickness of the asphalt foundation is generally 100 millimeters, and the surface layer can only be constructed after a curing period of one week after compaction. The cement foundation before the construction surface layer must be polished on the entire site. After polishing, clean with clean water and dry in the sun before applying single component EPDM adhesive. Asphalt foundation must have no water vapor or soil on the surface before construction can proceed.
02. Sealing primer layer: Both cement and asphalt foundations can be directly coated with a single component runway adhesive while rolling and applying the next layer of process. If the adhesive is thick, some leveling agent can be added and stirred before use. Remember not to add other diluents.
03. Runway Particle Bottom Layer: Colored particle layer, with 10 kilograms of particles and 1.42 kilograms of adhesive. After mixing evenly, use a paver to spread and level the surface at once according to the design thickness. The next layer of work can only be carried out after the entire venue is completely dry and non sticky.
04. Runway spraying surface first layer: Mix with two-component 1:2PU+spraying surface particles+runway specific catalyst+leveling agent, and mix with one set of ingredients: 20kg spraying surface B red color paste+10kg spraying surface A adhesive+25kg spraying surface particles+0.15kg runway specific catalyst+1.5kg leveling agent. After mixing evenly, use a runway spraying machine to spray the entire area in a reverse direction from left to right. The next layer of work can only be carried out after the entire area is completely dry.
05. Runway spraying surface second layer: Mix with two-component 1:2PU+spraying surface particles+runway specific catalyst+leveling agent, and mix with one set of ingredients: 20kg spraying surface B red color paste+10kg spraying surface A adhesive+25kg spraying surface particles+0, 15kg runway specific catalyst+1.5kg leveling agent. After mixing evenly, use a runway spraying machine to spray the entire area in the opposite direction of the first spraying surface layer, in a backward direction. The next layer of work can only be carried out after the entire area is completely dry.
06. Runway marking layer: The runway marking paint is our company's specialized oil-based marking paint. After mixing Group A and Group B in a 1:1 ratio, it can be sprayed with a runway marking machine or air compressor.
