Product Introduction
Scope of application
Suitable for indoor and outdoor sports surfaces such as basketball courts, tennis courts, ping-pong tables, volleyball courts, badminton courts, as well as main tracks, secondary tracks, and run-up lanes for high jump and long jump at athletics tracks.
Performance characteristics
1. Easy to construct and exhibits excellent adhesion to cement concrete, asphalt concrete, and wood.
2. Excellent UV resistance, weatherability, abrasion resistance, aging resistance, and long service life:
3. Excellent elasticity helps relieve leg and foot fatigue and effectively reduces the risk of sports injuries.
4. Anti-slip surface treatment to enhance friction:
5. The colors are soft and aesthetically pleasing, allowing for a variety of color combinations with excellent visual effects.
6. The surface is smooth and can be put into use immediately after rain, thereby improving utilization efficiency.
7. Thanks to the use of high-polymer materials, this product features waterproof performance and can be used both indoors and outdoors, making it suitable for a wider range of applications.
8. Easy to maintain, forms a seamless film overall, simple to clean, and low maintenance costs.
Construction technology
01. Court base layer: The base typically consists of either a cement or asphalt foundation. For cement foundations, the cast-in-place thickness should be between 100 and 200 millimeters. After pouring, the curing period is approximately 28 days. The base’s moisture content must not exceed 8% before proceeding with the surface layer construction. Asphalt foundations generally have a thickness of 100 millimeters. After compaction, the curing period is one week before the surface layer can be applied. Before applying the surface layer, the cement foundation must be thoroughly ground across its entire surface. Expansion joints in the cement foundation must be cut into a V-shape, then cleaned thoroughly with water, allowed to dry completely, and only then can the primer be applied. For asphalt foundations, construction can only proceed once the surface is free of any moisture and dirt.
02. Sealing Primer Layer: For cement-based surfaces, apply a single-component penetrating primer directly from the container after thorough mixing. Roll-coat the primer evenly over the entire surface. Proceed to the next construction step only after the primer has completely dried and no longer sticks to your feet. For asphalt-based surfaces, use a single-component asphalt-specific sealing emulsion: mix 1 kg of emulsion with 2.5 kg of sand, 2.5 kg of cement, and 2.5 kg of water until thoroughly blended. Then, spread the mixture evenly across the entire surface using a large rubber trowel until the asphalt surface is completely covered with a layer at least 1 mm thick. Proceed to the next construction step only after the entire surface has fully dried. For repairing expansion joints on cement-based surfaces, mix 30 kg of silicone PU elastic layer with 0.3 kg of water until thoroughly blended, then directly inject the mixture into the pre-cut V-shaped expansion joints and smooth it out until the surface is level. After the elastic layer has completely dried, proceed to the next construction step.
03. Water-based silicone PU elastic layer: Elastic layer (light green): 30 kg of elastic layer plus 15 kg of leveling agent. After thoroughly mixing, use a large scraper to spread the mixture evenly and smooth it out. Each coat should not exceed 2 mm in thickness. Allow each coat to fully dry before proceeding to the next step.
04. Water-based silicone PU reinforcement layer: Reinforcement layer (light green): 30 kg of reinforcement layer plus 1.5 kg of leveling agent. After thoroughly mixing, use a large scraper to spread the mixture evenly and smooth it out. Each coat should not exceed 2 mm in thickness. Allow each coat to fully dry before proceeding to the next step.
05. Topcoat wear-resistant layer: The color of the topcoat shall be determined according to the customer’s selected shade. The topcoat formulation consists of 18.67 kg of main agent, 2 kg of sand, and 1.33 kg of curing agent. After thoroughly mixing these components, apply the coating evenly across the entire surface using a roller. Only after the entire surface has completely dried can you proceed to the next step of the construction process.
06. Topcoat Texture Layer: For the topcoat texture layer, mix 18.75 kg of topcoat base material with 1.25 kg of curing agent. After thoroughly stirring the mixture, apply it evenly across the entire surface using a roller. Only after the previous coat has completely dried can you proceed to the next step.
07. Court Line Painting Layer: Line marking on the court is typically done using white line paint. First, pre-cut masking tape is applied across the entire court according to the court’s line-marking dimensions. After thoroughly mixing components A and B in a 1:1 ratio, the lines can be sprayed using a track-line marking machine or an air compressor.
